Sulu DC and the National Queer Asian Pacific Islander Alliance are joining forces to bring a one-night only queer Asian Pacific Islander arts explosion! Come see talent from all over the country as queer Asian American, South Asian, Southeast Asian, and Pacific Islander (AAPI) activists convene for the 2012 NQAPIA Conference: Presence, Power, Progress to join the local DC arts scene.
Hosted by spoken word pioneer Regie Cabico, this showcase features Deen, K Ulanday Barrett, Suty Komsonkeo, DonMike Mendoza, Moana Love, Una Aya Osato aka exHOTic other, Dakshina/Daniel Phoenix Singh and Joshua Vettivelu. Click here to learn a little bit more about the artists.
